PDI error while trying to configure cloud runner

I get below error while trying to configure a cloud user for cloud runner

This ServiceNow instance is being configured for authentication. Contact ServiceNow support if configuration doesn't complete within 24 hours

Even after several weeks, the error remains

Also make sure plugin "ATF Test Generator and Cloud Runner " is installed.
