I need to show a star icon in the Opened for field of the Interaction table in Workspace, but only when the user is marked as VIP. I created a highlight value and a field decoration, but they don’t appear in Workspace. Can you assist me?

- Under the UX Highlighted Value Configuration [sys_ux_highlighted_value_config] for the appropriate Workspace, create a Highlighted value [sys_highlighted_value] for the opened_for field on the Interactions table.
- On the related list, create a Highlighted value condition [sys_highlighted_value_condition]

Hi @Mark_Branscombe ,
I want VIP caller to be reflected as star in caller ID field , while opening the incident list view on SOW workspace.
Highlighted value condition exists for incident table with accurate condition as visible in SS.
But I am unable to see, star icon for VIP caller in list view.
Do you have any solution for this issue?
