You cannot self-delete a ServiceNow Developer account.

All personal developer instances tied to the account must be removed by ServiceNow.

This action is irreversible.

 Step-by-Step Process

Step 1: Sign in to the Developer Portal

Go to the ServiceNow Developer Portal

 https://developer.servicenow.com

Step 2: Submit a Support Request

Scroll to the bottom of the page

Click Support

Choose Contact Us or Submit a Case

Step 3: Select the Right Category

When submitting the request:

Category: Developer Program

Request Type: Account / Access Issue

Step 4: Request Account Deletion

In the description, clearly state:

I would like to permanently delete my ServiceNow Developer account and all associated personal developer instances. I understand this action is irreversible.

Mention your registered email

Mention instance names (if you remember them)

Step 5: Wait for Confirmation

ServiceNow Support will:

Verify ownership

Deactivate and delete all personal developer instances

Delete the developer account

You may receive a confirmation email

 Typical turnaround: a few business days
