Account on ServiceNow community

Hi All,

 

I have created my ServiceNow community account using my personal email-id. Should I create another account with my work email account or should I continue with my personal one.

Hi no worries you can use that mail id for community answer and for asking question

I would agree with @Harish KM . I would always recommend to only have one ServiceNow mail ID as it's easier to maintain. But that is just my personal opinion.

I would suggest that if you want to contribute to the community, use your personal email ID only. This way, all your contributions will be tracked in the future, even if you change your current company.
Keep your work email account with ServiceNow for training and certification purposes, as it is associated with your current organization and can provide additional benefits. You can easily reassign them to your next company ID in the future by simply raising a case, even if you change your current company.
