In my own instance, "Email" in More operations "…" for RITM is correct sent email to "requested_for".
But for my company instance , when "requested_for" and "opened_by" are the same person , it will send the mail to the person, when "requested_for" and "opened_by" are not the same person , it will display blank in to field.
How to make the compose Email send to "requested_for" like my own instance? Thanks!

Hi @Tina24 ,
Have you verified if your "requested for' user has email field populated in their user record?
If that helps please mark my answer as correct / helpful!
And if further help is needed please let me know
Cheers

On your Company Requested Item form, confirm which requested_for field is being displayed - some choose to show the requested for of the Request/REQ, so maybe the RITM requested for is not getting populated as expected.
