Correlation ID not received from other application vendor

Hello All,

 

I am getting this error in SERVICNOW and also correlation ID was not received from other interface. Cases are not exchanging from one interface to another interface. 

 

{"ice4u_state":"error","ice4u_message":"Undefined target id specified: 8768. Not known on this instance."}

 

can anyone suggest me how to resolve this issue ?

Apparently you are connecting to an unknown target? Find where the target is defined and validate that it is configured correctly.

Thanks for your response. We have identified that Cluster Nodes were down at that time and hence this error occurred. Can anyone suggest how we can check for how much time cluster node is offline on that day?
