Can anyone please explain the discovery module from scratch and tell the full flow and working ?

Hi Abishek,
With all due respect, but I doubt anyone is going to do your work for you here.
I would advise you to take a course on nowlearning, and go through the docs. Apart from that, I'm afraid you will have to get some experience implementing it as well, because there is so much more to it than available on beforementioned sources.

Start on the Docs for the basics and then move on to the customizations on your own instance.
