Flow designer Error

Hi,

When trying to test a test a flow designer, we are getting the error "Internal Server Error".
After removing the step "submit catalog item" which is last step in the flow the error is not coming.

The catalog item is having two variables ci (reference-cmdb_ci), text field

I also faced the same issue recently...not sure why it is showing that error. But I deleted that action & added it again, this worked for me. I think this is a platform bug.

 

Check out this KB article which says this is a platform bug. KB Article 

 

You can try deleting the action & adding it again, check if the you have configured the action correctly.
