How Auto-generate ATF test is working and how to configure and use it

The new feature of ATF in Vancouver release Auto-generate ATF  test is not clear to implement so how can I get the plugin and use it please help me the steps to implement on demo instance

Install ATF Test Generator plugin [App id: sn_atf_tg] in application manager->
