How to receive MFA code via SMS when logging into ServiceNow support?

JenOn

I have enabled and verified SMS multi factor authentication in my profile however, when I log into ServiceNow support the MFA code is still being sent to my email only.  I don't see an option to make SMS my default or preferred method.  Is there a way?

Thanks!

Hi @JenOn,

ServiceNow has some step-by-step articles on how to enable this.

See the below links. You should also see a link in the email from which you received the one-time verification code.

Manage Authentication Settings page

ServiceNow ID Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Setup
