At renewal of my companies ServiceNow subscription a line item "ServiceNow® Impact Guided v3" has been added to the renewal quote. We did not ask for the addition and do not have the Impact applicaiton installed. Having queried with my ServiceNow account manager I have been informed that this charge is mandatory? Has anyone else had this experience?

That's right. For any new renewals, Impact is a package added by default and it seems to be mandatory to avail. There are 3 package options, guided, advanced and total.
