Need to restrict visibility of knowledge articles for ITIL users on EC portal

Hi All,

 

We have a knowledge base which we made available on both EC and Business Location portal. Now I need to restrict ITIL users from viewing knowledge articles on EC portal. The same knowledge article will be available for stores users on business location portal (Which is working fine after disabling the property - glide.knowman.apply_article_read_criteria).

 

User criteria tagged on knowledge base :

Can Read - Any User for KB

Can Contribute - Users with ITIL Role, CSM Fulfillers

 

User Criteria tagged on knowledge article:

Can Read - CSM Fulfillers, store users (sn_customerservice.self_contributor, sn_customerservice.svc_location_manager_contributor)
