Regarding Impact Provider Connection Status

Hello,
I am currently configuring the Impact environment. After syncing the data between the instance and IDI, the Outbound and Inbound statuses for the Provider connection showed unexpected values (see screenshot_1).
The status "停止中" (Teishichu) translates to "Down," indicating that both the Provider connection and the Outbound status are currently down. However, the Record History indicates that the status is "UP" (see screenshot_2).
What steps are required to successfully bring the Provider connection status to "UP"?
