Service Exchange Instance Connectivity Issues

Chuck Nusbaum

We've had a number of Service Exchange critical issues this week with connectivity to the Impact instance. Has anyone else experienced the same? It's currently showing inbound and outbound status as slow, but it's at least connected. Thanks!

I ultimately opened a case and ServiceNow increased the response timeout threshold on your system from 1,800 seconds to 28,800 seconds. And they recommended we upgrade the plugin to 2.3.21.

Thank you for those links, Tanushree! Now our Inbound status is Up and Outbound status is Down, so I'll probably try to re-onboard the instance.
