Unable to load records in list mode whereas it works in grid mode and in new tab in SOW

Hi All,

We have create a custom donut visualization for fetching all open, wip, resolved and closed problem. While clicking on donut, closed problem does not gets loaded in list view mode but works properly in tabbed mode and in new tab button. Since closed problem is not loading, even in view all buttion it is not getting shown in list view.

Explain more when you say does not load. Does it show only few columns or no data at all? Please elaborate with details or screenshot. As it's Custom visual, you need to add the columns to available columns. Wherever you have designed this cust visual, there you get option to add columns to be visible.  Please check that.
