Hi @KiranH ,

 

Unfortunately, there is no support for Personal Developer instance from ServiceNow so it is advisable to wait until it comes back. If it doesn't after a reasonable time then you have to release and request for a new instance.

@KiranH Wait for some time, if the instance doesn't wake up after waiting for few hours, release the instance and request for a new instance. ServiceNow doesn't provide any support for PDIs these days.
