workflow activity is not working as expected

Whenever a task gets cancelled, RITM and REQ cancelled and is working as expected, but stopped at the flow level and not routing to end, please see attached. what would be the reason for it.

Hi @prash4,
There is an OOB Business Rule named Cancel Workflows Upon Cancellation which would cancel the workflow associated with a Task when the Task is cancelled.
