question about service now and following

My company uses service now.  A new version was introduced.  the old version had a vertical tab of what I was following.  The new version does not have this.  How can I get a list of items that I am following?

Are there any documents or videos available for learning ServiceNow Studio under App Engine? I couldn’t find any videos to learn and create an app using ServiceNow Studio. There is some documentation available, but it doesn’t meet my needs.
