just how Microsoft Outlook email works when a new email is received, it appears in a Bolded Font.
Is it possible when a new ticket comes in and has yet to be opened, that it appears on the line with a BOLD font??
Also, lets say the above is possible, then, could it also be possible once a ticket has been opened/assigned and has reverted back to normal font, that if anyone makes an update to the ticket(say adding notes), that it becomes BOLD font again (until its has been read or re-opened again)???
