Hi Team,
Any one please help me here.
I recently moved to a new company and merged my ServiceNow Now Learning work email with my personal email ID. My certifications are not showing, and the delta exam links are also missing.
Kindly assist in resolving this at the earliest.

Hi @Community Alums,
go to SN University: https://learning.servicenow.com/now/lxp/learning-dashboard and select "Help Centre" in the top, there is option to create a case (on the right side).
It's more likely to get your issue resolved there than here... good luck!

Hi @Community Alums
Could you please confirm that your new account has been added in partner portal? And you are able to login I to new account after merging.
I suspect issue is due to merge and might be due to this you lost the access and exam.
Log a case under help centre and ask team to check. But if it is merging issue than it is a tough case buddy.
