Hi @Dan87 ,

This is a common problem which is faced by many of us including myself. Since there is no support for PDIs, you can wait untill it coes back.

It took 5 days for me to comeback.

Hi @Dan87  As you know there is no support for it the only working solution is, to release your instance and request a new one.

if my answer helps you mark helpful and accept solution

Hello @Dan87

  • I’ve noticed several queries recently about instances being offline, so you’re not alone. My PDI was also offline for some time.
  • Patience is key in this situation, so I recommend waiting a little longer. However, if the downtime is disrupting your work, you can release the instance and request a new one to continue your tasks.

Please note, there is no support available for PDIs

Hope this helps!

Hi @Dan87

I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:

  1. There is no support available for PDI.
  2. If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
  3. You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.
