Hi All,
in emergency only one level approval required so it skip only "assess" phase , but here it is jumping directly "Scheduled" phase , skipping both "assess and authorise "
Can someone help me on this how to fix this.

Emergency Change Workflow (OOTB):
As per the out-of-the-box (OOTB) configuration, an Emergency Change typically follows this flow:
New → Authorize → Scheduled → Implement.
If your instance is skipping any steps, please check the following:

Whether any customizations or changes have been made to the OOTB flow.

If you're using the Change Model with Triggered State Transitions, verify the configuration there as well.
