How do I Enable Virtual Agent on the Service Portal? I've tried and i'm on my last task but it isn't validating. Its giving me this error  Did you create a new Service Portal Agent Chat Configuration record with 'Employee Portal' as its na...

Hi @nicoleowens 

Did you enable it for the ESC portal? Have a look here. Also, sometimes the lab instance has data issues, causing tasks to fail repeatedly. If you have completed 80% of the labs, you can submit it, and you will receive the voucher/certification.

Hey, i have actually submitted cause my simulator read 80% passed, but I can check out the link before completing my microcertification exam.
