Hello All,
I recently joined ServiceNow University and completed the ServiceNow Micro-Certification and the ServiceNow Fundamentals (on-demand). I’m now preparing for the ServiceNow CSA exam, but I’m not currently associated with any partner company. I’m actively looking for job opportunities and also pursuing ITIL v4 on weekends.
Could someone please guide me on how to obtain an exam voucher or access the CSA exam at a discounted price? The exam fee is quite high, and I’m currently not in a position to manage the full cost. Any advice or direction would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for the support in advance!

Hi @AvikDas,
you will not like to hear it but there are no vouchers anymore (and even if they were you still needed to pay to claim them). As from 18th November, the new exam platform was introduced - Pearson VUE replacing the legacy Webassessor which still exists but it's not linked to SN anymore.
Now it's all in SN University, registering and scheduling, no external account.
If you are not from a partner company, the only way how to take the CSA exam is to pay for it. The value you see is without taxes so add some 20-30 % on top of that (depending on your residence and tax rate which can vary country per country).
Where do you come from? If you are from India, there was this promo code to get 50 % down.
More details in my earlier answer on the same:
but I repeat it's exclusively for candidates from India, not any other country...
Good luck!
EDIT: typeo corrections, rephrasing.

Hi @AvikDas
@first it’s not ItIl v4, it’s ITIL4
second as you are not linked or working with partner, then you need to pay the full amount of exam. there is campaign going on where CSA exam cost is 50% off, you can use that. I think code is NASSCOM50… something like this

Really @Dr Atul G- LNG - we're calling people out over how they write ITIL 4 now??
The irony is you're wrong as well. It's ITIL 4 (with a space) not ITIL4 as per your response.
