Hello All,
I recently joined ServiceNow University and completed the ServiceNow Micro-Certification and the ServiceNow Fundamentals (on-demand). I’m now preparing for the ServiceNow CSA exam, but I’m not currently associated with any partner company. I’m actively looking for job opportunities and also pursuing ITIL v4 on weekends.
Could someone please guide me on how to obtain an exam voucher or access the CSA exam at a discounted price? The exam fee is quite high, and I’m currently not in a position to manage the full cost. Any advice or direction would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for the support in advance!

Hi @AvikDas,
you will not like to hear it but there are no vouchers anymore (and even if they were you still needed to pay to claim them). As from 18th November, the new exam platform was introduced - Pearson VUE replacing the legacy Webassessor which still exists but it's not linked to SN anymore.
Now it's all in SN University, registering and scheduling, no external account.
If you are not from a partner company, the only way how to take the CSA exam is to pay for it. The value you see is without taxes so add some 20-30 % on top of that (depending on your residence and tax rate which can vary country per country).
Where do you come from? If you are from India, there was this promo code to get 50 % down.
More details in my earlier answer on the same:
but I repeat it's exclusively for candidates from India, not any other country...
Good luck!

Hi @AvikDas ,
First of all, congratulations on completing the Micro-Certification and the ServiceNow Fundamentals course — that’s a great start toward building your ServiceNow career!
That's' great to see that you are Focusing on ITIL4 concepts as well ,Like Mostly New People learning Servicenow tend to ignore it
Now Coming Towards your query regarding CSA Certification ,
First of all Servicenow Has changed their exam vendor from Kryterion to Pearson Vue since 18 Nov, So Now they have eliminated the process of purchasing voucher for registering, You've to directly register for the exam
You can register from here
There's a good news for you, if you are based in India , then You can avail a 50% discount on the exam cost of 300USD , which means it will cost you around 150USD (I've attached image for reference)
Lastly all the best for your career Journey

Hello All,
I just realised that AXELOS officially dropped the “v” in ITIL 4. I must have typed it out of habit. Thank you all for pointing it out. I appreciate the feedback and have taken it on board.
