Hi @MAkuthota
It is difficult to say why this happened for only one user, as there is no easy way to pinpoint the exact cause. It could be related to the user’s browser—for example, running out of memory or using an older version. From the ServiceNow side, the issue could also occur if the user is trying to fetch a large number of records based on multiple conditions.
As a workaround, the user can try using a different browser and clearing the cache, as these steps often help in such situations.

Hi @MAkuthota, If the slowness is affecting only one user, I would first check network connectivity or VPN stability rather than the instance itself. Poor or unstable internet connections can cause ServiceNow pages and forms to take a long time to load.
Also, trying a different browser or an incognito window can help rule out browser-related issues.
If my response helped, please mark it as the accepted solution so others can benefit as well.

If its just one specific user that is having the issue I would check their user preferences. Common things I've seen in the past that had performance impacts were the number records shown on a list (20 or less for optimal performance), and the other is if they have a default list sort on a dot-walked field / non-indexed field.
