Hey, I am trying out a new course for ITSM Fundamentals simulator for Yokohama Release and i seem to be stuck in task 03.
Did you close the request for the Developer Laptop (Mac) opened by Mandy Mcdonnell?
This is the error i am getting and i see a problem in my instance where as i impersonate Mandy Mcdonnell on the employee center, the request, despite being approved by David Loo and Ted Keppel, is still open. I even thought the issue was that the due date for the item state to go to complete is in 7days.
How do i close it?

Approval will move the record from requested to approved. Close the associated RITM and Tasks manually and validate the task.

Hey @nicoleowens,
go to the record and close it manually in backend, not by Mandy but by some agent (itil user)
