How to get a voucher for the CSA exam

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to ask about the process of obtaining a voucher for the CSA certification exam.
I am currently an employee of a company that is a ServiceNow partner.
I am ready and wish to obtain the certification. After completing the necessary steps, I received the link below.
However, I am unable to find where to get the voucher.

Could you please guide me on how to obtain the voucher?

Once you complete necessary course contents for CSA certification, you will be eligible for voucher if you are employed with Partner Organization.

If you completed necessary prerequisites for CSA learning path, check your email ID registered with ServiceNow University account for voucher code. You can also go to below link in your profile to check for issued vouchers,

If you do not see the vouchers, log a now learning support case from below link,

https://learning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/now-learning-help-center?id=nl_kb_home

You can use the voucher to register exams in Web Assessor and attempt the exam.

Here’s how you can obtain and use a CSA (Certified System Administrator) exam voucher in ServiceNow:

Complete the Required Course

• You must complete the relevant training—typically the ServiceNow Administrator Fundamentals to become eligible for a voucher.  
• If you’re part of a ServiceNow partner organization, the CSA exam voucher is free after completing training.  
• For individuals not affiliated with a partner, the voucher costs USD 300, + tax, even once eligible

Once you complete the course the voucher will be available in your perfil > my voucher. You will have 1 year to schedule the exam 

At moment, in this date, the exam is in Yokohama version but you can study with version Xanadu till not available Yokohama administration course

Yes, vouchers would be eligible for 1 year from the date of course completion [voucher issue date].

You can click on claim the voucher and you will see the voucher code, please do not share the voucher code with anyone. Book the exam via Web Assessor and complete the exam.

Try to read course content few more  times and practice hands-on in PDI. All the best for your ServiceNow journey.
