Hi @oludareogun 

 

Look like you are trying to copy paste, instead of that try to enter the password manually once and check. Some time in copying spaces get entered.

I tried to type the password, but it repeats the same message. Even when I attempt to change the password to access the lab simulation and validation, the situation remains the same....Please guide...

Release this instance and take a new one. You will get the username and password again.
