Knowledge Management Overview Platform Analytics Dashboard

We have enabled Knowledge Management Overview Dashboard through Plugin. User wants Knowledge Base and Ownership Group filters for all tabs in this Dashboard.
On knowledge form (kb_knowledge) we have Knowledge Base and Ownership Group fields. Knowledge Base field getting values from 'kb_knowledge_base' table and Ownership Group field getting values from Groups table. We have reference qualifier on Ownership group field, so that it will have values based on selected knowledge base.
 
Now user want such dependent filter in Dashboard which make dependent for other reports.
