Hello
If the Lab Instance shows “Running” but does not open, try the following steps:
Refresh the browser page and try launching the lab again.
Clear your browser cache or open the lab in an Incognito/Private window.
Try using a different browser (Chrome is usually recommended for ServiceNow labs).
Check if any pop-up blocker or browser extension is blocking the instance window.
Log out of the Now Learning portal and log in again, then relaunch the lab.
FYI- As Dr Atul G already mentioned that sometimes It might take 2 hrs also. so please wait ...
If the issue still continues after these steps, it might be a lab instance provisioning issue, and you should raise a support request in the Now Learning portal so the team can reset or check your lab instance.
