Lab instance is not opening

When i click on the lab instance, I waited for min 20 minute instead of opening/ showing page instance status is showing running on the course content but it is not opened. i waited for  another 20 minutes but it showing the same page itself.

It might take 2 hrs now days so have patience.

Hello 

If the Lab Instance shows “Running” but does not open, try the following steps:

  1. Refresh the browser page and try launching the lab again.

  2. Clear your browser cache or open the lab in an Incognito/Private window.

  3. Try using a different browser (Chrome is usually recommended for ServiceNow labs).

  4. Check if any pop-up blocker or browser extension is blocking the instance window.

  5. Log out of the Now Learning portal and log in again, then relaunch the lab.

    FYI- As Dr Atul G already mentioned that sometimes It might take 2 hrs also. so please wait ...

If the issue still continues after these steps, it might be a lab instance provisioning issue, and you should raise a support request in the Now Learning portal so the team can reset or check your lab instance.
