In this task I have done every step correctly when i click on validate button it's showing validating task but no change in task completion result

This is extra in your list

INC0000007  Need access to sales DB for the West   Joe Employee  1- Critical  In Progress Database

Remove the priority to from 1 critical to other state and try.
