Hi @GandhamN,
Yeah, this happens quite often in the ServiceNow simulator, so don’t worry, it's usually not a big mistake, just a small miss.
Even if you feel you’ve done everything correctly, the validator is very strict. First, make sure after applying the filters you actually clicked “Run”; otherwise, the filter isn’t applied properly. Then check your sorting; Priority 1 (Critical) incidents should be at the top, so sorting must be correct (ascending).
The most important part is the List Editor update. You need to update exactly 10 Priority 1 records using inline edit (list editor), not by opening each record. If you edited them individually, the system won’t count it.
Also, sometimes the simulator just glitches. In that case, refresh the instance and click Validate Task again.
So in short, double-check filter → run → sort → update 10 records using list editor, and it should pass 👍
Let me know if this helps!! 😉
If you find my answer useful, please mark it as Helpful and Correct. 😊

Tuesday
Did multiple runs with the exact instruction as in the task.
Still receiving the Validation Failed message.
The only anomaly that I noticed is that my list is having 11 of 1-Critical incidents.

Hi @jayeshpurus
Select the State column of all 1-Critical incidents and use the List Editor to change the State to In Progress. Select the green check mark to save the list changes. (10 rows will be updated.)
result count should be 10
Check these videos and correct it.
