Hi Team,
we have created a custom application using App Engine Studio (AES). I built myself a portal and a record producer. I am making this portal available for all (without login users should access it). And also make the record producer public. can you guys help me with this?
Thanks,
Mohan

@Mohan22 No. This portal has been introduced for fulfiller User (non-admin roles such as itil, snc_internal, sn_customerservice_agent, custom app roles, etc.) or Platform Administrator (admin)

Hi @Mohan22
The link above is only for RP, not for the landing page. You will need to make changes to ensure that the portal is also made public.

@Mohan22 If you have created portal using AES , that generate "Next experience portal" , as far as I know you can not access it without login into ServiceNow.
We have "Self Service portal" , you can build it and make it public , you have to design a page and widget and set it as public true, You can also add record producer on it and allow external user to access it. Just need to add user criteria with public role.
Quick example: I had developed this in past for testing , you can check this as reference.

Hope it will help you.
Thanks,

Hi Harsh Vardhan,
I already created self-service portal and achieved all these things. but the client asking us to implement in AES. Here is the problem we are facing.
So we can't achieve through AES right then?
Thanks,
