Regarding the shift handover record user group

Hi,
we want to add multiple user groups for the shift handover record but only one group is coming as part of admin role, any solution on how to configure multiple groups for user group field in shift handover group -TIA

It is an OOTB one and not a custom module , we want to apply same as in our instance
