Regarding the shift handover record user group

Hi,
we want to add multiple user groups for the shift handover record but only one group is coming as part of admin role, any solution on how to configure multiple groups for user group field in shift handover group -TIA

Hi @Siva_Prasad 

 

I tried this app in my PDI, but it seems to have some dependencies that I can't replicate in my instance. So here's what I suggest:

  1. Open the Shift record in native view.

  2. Right-click on the Assignment Group field.

  3. Select Configure Dictionary.

  4. Check if there's any condition or custom logic applied there.
