Dear team,

 

I would like to calculate the MTTA from SNOW reports. I wanted to know the time difference between " New" state and "In progress" state. 

 

can you help me which fields i need to select to capture the time difference between two fields.

Its not Snow, its SN or ServiceNow.

You need MTTA or MTTR reportt?

 

You can use the metrics for same.
