Hi Community,
I hope you’re all doing well!
I just upgraded my instance from Zurich to Australia yesterday, and I’ve run into a bit of a hurdle. Since the upgrade, I haven't been able to open ServiceNow Studio.
The strange thing is that I can still see my private applications and all their modules in the legacy portal, and I can even open them in App Engine Studio. However, I really need to get back into the regular ServiceNow Studio to finish some work I had in progress. I’ve attached a screenshot of the page that pops up whenever I try to click on ServiceNow Studio.
I've spent some time trying to fix it on my own, but unfortunately, these steps didn't work:
Refreshed the instance.
Logged out and logged back in.
Switched roles between Admin and App Engine Studio Creator.
Cleared the ServiceNow cache (cache.do).
Does anyone know of a way I can get back into Studio without having to reset, wipe, or release my instance? I’d really love to avoid starting over from the beginning if possible!
Thanks so much in advance for any advice or help you can give.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,
"Thank you so much for giving me the courage to go ahead and install ServiceNow Studio from the plugins. I saw that option yesterday but was terrified it might remove all my applications, so I really needed that confirmation.
Since you mentioned you'd tried it, I went for it with full confidence! It took its sweet time to install, but I can now access the ServiceNow Studio—and most importantly—my application is still there, alive and shining exactly where I left it. As a cherry on top, I even got the Now Assist trial as well!
Thanks a lot; you saved me so much time. Have a happy rest of your weekend!"

Hi @snsoundarya
Perfect. Since these are PDIs and they don’t come with support, we can’t go for official support. But as I mentioned, it’s a PDI—your personal playground. Installing plugins is easy, and you can do it anytime. I’ve done it before and it works well, so there’s nothing to worry about. If you want, you can install more packages and explore them
