Hi Community,
I hope you’re all doing well!
I just upgraded my instance from Zurich to Australia yesterday, and I’ve run into a bit of a hurdle. Since the upgrade, I haven't been able to open ServiceNow Studio.
The strange thing is that I can still see my private applications and all their modules in the legacy portal, and I can even open them in App Engine Studio. However, I really need to get back into the regular ServiceNow Studio to finish some work I had in progress. I’ve attached a screenshot of the page that pops up whenever I try to click on ServiceNow Studio.
I've spent some time trying to fix it on my own, but unfortunately, these steps didn't work:
Refreshed the instance.
Logged out and logged back in.
Switched roles between Admin and App Engine Studio Creator.
Cleared the ServiceNow cache (cache.do).
Does anyone know of a way I can get back into Studio without having to reset, wipe, or release my instance? I’d really love to avoid starting over from the beginning if possible!
Thanks so much in advance for any advice or help you can give.

Sync the plugins
Update/repair or install the ServiceNow Studio plugin.

yesterday
Hi @Brian77 ,
I also had this issue. Turns out the ServiceNow IDE application also needed to be updated to the latest version. App ID: sn_glider
Updating this app fixed the issue for me.
