Unable to Cancel Onsite Exam and Schedule Online Exam

I have scheduled my ServiceNow certification exam at a test center. Due to personal reasons, I would like to cancel the onsite exam and register for the online proctored exam instead.
Could you please assist me with cancelling my current exam and allow me to reschedule it as an online exam?

This cannot be changed from your side once the exam is scheduled. Please raise a case with the ServiceNow team explaining your situation. They are the only ones who can assist with this. While it is not guaranteed, it is definitely worth trying as they may be able to help.
