I am trying to set up Virtual agent with Live Chat. I have a re-occurring issue where the virtual agent will hang, where it displays the blank screen while trying to connect but never connects, it just keeps trying to connect. When this occurs I have tried rebooting, and when i return to the virtual agent window, it still shows up blank, trying to connect. It can take hours before it finally resets. Is there some way to troubleshoot this. Is there a timeout i can set to prevent this ?
