Add Button Inactive When Customizing a Product

Hi,

 

I've created 2 Product Offerings, one that does not have any characteristics and one that does.

Whilst I can add the Product without the characteristics to the Order, the 'Add' button is inactive for the customizable product, regardless of the option I choose.

Can anyone help with what I have missed?

@Andy Ellis 

It seems that you had not configured "Unit of Measure" for Cisco Support product offering by your third picture.

After configuration of Unit of Measure, you need to regenerate the cache associated with product offering.

Hi Kenta,

i have the same issue. But in my catalog the customer does not need to "add price" for the product offering. Any suggestion? Thanks in advance
