During quote creation for some product offering , bundled PS are showing up and service orders and resource orders are not getting created.

EG: PO-Composite PS-3 Child PS

So when the customer order is decomposed only product order is getting created and no service/resource orders.

(PO-Composite PS) is getting added in quote

@MalayanurKR

I understand your issue.

please see 'view order timeline' in customer order page. And then open 'Personalize panel selections' (configuration icon) and click 'show domain order'. After this, you can see domain order including product order, service order and resource order.

The following article is explained in detail.

Yes, this option works if domain orders are created but not seen. I can view by turning the toggle on.

The case I am dealing with is Once i approve customer orders(even though modelling has all the proper relations) only PO is getting created and no SO/RO.

@MalayanurKR

Did you configure a relationship between PS and SS to a "Composed of"?

In a "Composed of" relationship, a Domain order is created only for the source specification.

On the other hand, in a Bundles relationship, a Domain order is created for both the source and target specification.

Hi @Satoshi Abe : Can you please help that once order becomes complete that means for B2C or B2B and every line item gets fulfilled, in which table sold products/services will get created. Asset ? And for creation of MACD orders, will they be getting initiated from Asset itself ?

Not able to get this part of documentation. If you can please help, that would be great..

Thanks

Varun

@varunsharma2866

If you use SOMT,  a product inventory record is created after an order is fulfilled. On the other hand, if you use SOM, a sold product record is created.

When you want to create MACD order, product inventory(sold product) is used on product inventory(sold product) tab of accout page with CSM/FSM workspace in SOMT(SOM).
