Could you tell me how to generate a quote in ServiceNow?
Currently, we are following these steps:
1. Upload PDF template on any record, such as an incident record or an order record, as an attachment.
2. I create two XLM files. One is set up the "Generate Document" UI action, and the other is link that action button to the initially imported PDF.
3. Right-click on any list header and select "Import XML," then import the above XML file1.
4. Right-click on any list header and import XML file2 as well.
I'd like to ask how to display a standard quote first.
Specifically, is there an easier way to display a quote without creating an XML file?
