There is no widget of CPQ function for customer portal on the current version. 

I hope that it will be available on the next update.

Sales and Order Management Q1 '25 store release offers the capability to embed product configurator with the new Business Portal and create orders via self-service. Ability to create quotes is in the roadmap.
