I hope this is the correct forum for this question.
Is there a default field in servicenow for the buyer role?
My meaning of buyer role is what the customer representative's position is within the company they are working for. Typical examples of buyer roles are champion, influencer, decision-maker, user, and ratifier.
I would like to know if there is a buyer role field similar to the above in any table. I would like to avoid creating custom fields.
Thanks and regards,
Keisuke

Hi @keisuke miya ,
I guess it is the issue about opportunity contact role.
For example, we can configure opportunity contact role on Salesforce but we cannot currently do it on ServiceNow.
I hope ServiceNow will adapt this capability near future.

There is no default field in ServiceNow specifically named "Buyer Role" that categorizes a customer's role as Champion, Influencer, Decision-Maker, User, or Ratifier.
