Order Enrichment flow not triggerred when Product Order placed via TMF 622

Hi,

I want to trigger order enrichment flow when the Product Order is triggered via TMF-622 Product Order API. I have defined the order enrichment flow for the same. The order directly moves to 'New' state waiting for the approval. However the order state moves to enrichment in progress state when the order is captured vis CSM/FSM workspace. Could you please help on how to make order enrichment work for the orders placed through TMF API.

Hi @snehapatel ,

OOTB, Order Enrichment is only designed to work when the Order Capture is via the Agent workspace.

The rationale behind was that when ordering via the API, the onus of capturing all the info for order submission is on the front end outside of ServiceNow and as such all mandatory info necessary would have been captured before triggering the TMF622.

Having said that, this behaviour can be modified. For guidance, you may need to raise a Case.
