I have integrated servicenow Safe with Azure Dev Ops using spoke. On the safe story and epic tables there are certain fields like enabler and block. I have created mapping for these fields and also choice mapping for true false values. But it is not reflecting on ADO.
As per my observation this is only happening with True/False fields.
Yes, it's marked as False on the field map. I opened a support case, so hopefully we will get some information from them. It appears that the ootb fields aren't working for mapping reference fields either.
