Deleting comments in visual task board

Hello there ServiceNow Community..
Our company is about to go live with Servicenow, and I've came across this feature of visual task boards.
Testing purposes at this time and I'm unable to find any option to delete comments once made on a task in the freeform style. Any chance this can be done either by an admin and or VTB owner , etc.. ?

Hi Chad,
First you have to get the Sys ID of the card you want to affect.
Open the card and click on its number
Then use the contextual "burger" menu to copy its sysID. This is applicable to any records, not just VTB cards.
From there you can follow this guide: ServiceNow KB: Deleting or editing a bad comment or work note from a record (KB0520375)
Your now able to delete or edit comments and work notes.

Shiva - Much appreciated with the tip and following KB.
If I have followed this correctly, I receive this error Security constraints prevent access to requested page .
I receive this using the url field journal along with the corresponding sysID

Try elevate your role to "Security admin". If that is not enough, you'll have to debug your ACL.

I have sent this to one of our newly admins. He's very interested with the VTB and it's functionality.
